Why You Should Trash Jarred Baby Food

The best way to feed your baby is surprisingly simple, healthy, and will help your little one be more accepting of fresh foods verses the processed stuff that comes in a jar.

Who needs to worry about additives? Some foods have unnatural amounts of sugar added, which sets up a lifetime of sweet cravings.  And why expose your child to foods that are subjected to chemical processes when you can raise vegetables, buy them at a Farmers’ Market, or even pick them up at the grocery store?

It’s simple enough to steam and puree root vegetables, or mash some sweet peas. You are giving your baby nutritious foods from nature, prepared at their peak of freshness and nutritional value.
